I've spent over 25 years working across law, people, operations and culture – in large firms, growing businesses, and fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly and decisions matter.
Over time, I found myself drawn less to specialisms and more to the bigger picture: how teams work, how decisions get made, and how businesses build foundations that actually hold as they grow.
